Other Programs

In addition to our elementary, middle and high school programs, we also provide several other services to our families which include but are not limited to the following:

Special Needs - CARE

Grace Christian School offers academic assistance and support through the Center for Academic Resource and Enrichment (CARE) Program to a limited number of special needs students in the elementary, middle, and high school. A separate fee is assessed for all divisions of the CARE Program in addition to regular tuition.

Various enrichment programs and opportunities are available for students who show special interest or who are gifted in music, art, drama, science, reading, writing, and math. For more information about the CARE Program, please contact the Elementary School office at (540) 886-0937.

Moms In Touch

Prayer does make a difference as evidenced through the Grace Christian School Moms In Touch group over the past many years. Our Moms In Touch group, part of an international prayer program, meets weekly during the school year to pray specifically for students, families, faculty, staff, and the overall ministry of Grace Christian School. We invite you to join our Moms in Touch program - for more information, please contact the coordinator Sandy Royals (540) 248-8206.

Volunteer Program

Volunteers make a difference at Grace Christian School! The Parent Volunteer Organization (PVO) offers opportunities for parents, grandparents, alumni, and members of the community to be a part of this educational ministry through a variety of volunteer needs. For more information on the PVO and for volunteering needs, please contact Liz Middleton in the GCS Development Office (540) 886-9109.

Summer Day Camp

Summer Day Camp is conducted throughout the summer months and is open to rising 1st through 7th grade students who are enrolled in Grace Christian School.  The camp meets Monday through Friday, from 8:00 - 5:30 and can be utilized on an as-needed basis.  The camp is conducted by GCS teaching staff and high school student aides.  Summer day camp provides a day-care alternative for our families, which continues to encourage and support the values that our students receive throughout the school year.  The camp includes a large variety of structured and free-time activities, and weekly outings.
