I want to thank everyone who contributed to our successful reaccreditation–those who participated on the committees, attended the interviews, fixed meals; faculty, staff, students, parents, and Dr. Nan Schmitt who led this team effort!

The ACSI team provided commendations and recommendations which we will share later, but they could not stop praising GCS. Comments included the following: 
“This was the easiest accreditation process that I have been a part of.” 
“The Self-Study was the best I have seen.” 
“You have a great school and community.” 
“We saw a Biblical Worldview displayed in the classrooms, by teachers, and from students–well done!” 
“GCS is an example of what a Christian school should be.”

The team sends their report with the recommendation to the Accrediting Council which will approve the report and provide us with official notification in December. We will be accredited for six years by the Association of Christian Schools International and Cognia.
