FACTS SIS is the learning management system Grace Christian utilizes. It is the one location where we store and manage student/family/faculty information. We are trying to better use this information system and reduce the long-run workload of both our school employees and our families. That is why we moved some of our summer packet information collection to our reenrollment process. In the summer packet, you were completing surveys that were entered into a spreadsheet, and GCS would then transfer it into FACTS or keep it separately. Thank you for taking a few extra minutes to help us streamline this process for everyone’s benefit

Every January, we hold our mandatory reenrollment parent meeting. I know that many of you would prefer not to have one. Because we are partnering together, we need a time once a year when we can communicate directly with each other. The January meeting is that time. Important information is shared to help us stay aligned in our partnership. We have listened to you and have tried to improve the meetings by providing information that you want and need. There will be more changes for next year’s meeting that we hope you will enjoy.
